SimbaCargo Agent application terms

Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Approval begins a 60-day trial. Commission is calculated only on paid handling fees, including the minimum handling top-up. Each Agent starts a new parcel count every calendar month in Asia/Shanghai, ordered by payment confirmation, invoice ID, parcel receipt time and parcel ID. Parcels 1 through 999 earn 25%; parcel 1,000 and later earn 35%, without changing earlier parcels. Top-ups are allocated equally across the invoice parcels. Commission is rounded to RMB 0.01 per invoice and rate group, with residual cents allocated to parcels. This calculation does not automatically transfer money. You must promote honestly and cannot promise prices, delivery times or earnings, collect payments, or bind SimbaCargo. Operational data and parcel photos require the customer's specific consent and authorized access. Your application and accepted terms are retained. This phase grants no Agent portal access.
